Best Pancake/French Toast in Singapore
Carb-ridden these may be, but we know most people cave in at the mention of pancakes or French toast. These quintessential brunch favourites can be found - literally - in all shapes and sizes, with all sorts of flavour combinations and condiments. So which are worth the calories? Here's a list of our favourites.
For the PB & J French Toast
A classic American take on a beloved European favourite. Without a doubt, Artistry makes one of the best French Toasts in Singapore. The moist and grilled brioche was lightly drizzled with maple syrup and the tart berry compote. It's available on weekdays too so visit then to avoid the weekend crowds.

BRIDGE RESTAURANT & BAR
For the Truffle Honey French Toast
Eggy, buttery, toast to a crisp on the outside but mighty moist on the inside, Bridge's French toast alone is a force to be reckoned with. What most would fall head over heels in love with however, is the decadent truffle honey generously drizzled over. Subtle, yet unmistakably fragrant, it's a straight kick into truffle heaven.

HOUSE AT DEMPSEY
For the 7-layer Pancake
It takes time - and a whole lot of tummy space - to work through this stack of seven thin and fluffy butter pancakes, layered with a mixture of Nutella, raisins, dried apricots, hazelnuts, pistachios, and maple syrup. It's mighty sinful and definitely not one for the light-hearted.

For their famous French Toast
Miam Miam's French toast is pillowy, super eggy and soft, much like the ones our parents love to make at home. It's perfect for soaking up all that sweet maple syrup. Just don't make the same mistake we did to think that the deceiving neat scoop atop the pile of cubed bread is ice cream - it isn't. Request to have the cream removed if you'd like.

For the Berry Ricotta Hotcake
It may have been modeled after Top Paddock's popular hotcakes, but this is an entirely different ball game. It's very similar to a pound cake with a crisp exterior - or more accurately a buttery muffin top. Yes it's unconventional and yes we wouldn't even call it a pancake/hotcake, but it's absolutely delicious anyway.

For the Orange Ricotta Pillows
If you're a staunch traditionalist, then go for these pancakes instead. It's possibly one of the fluffiest around, and boast a strong tart and citrusy flavour. The creamy coconut gelato helps balancs all that acidity. Citrus lovers, this is a must-try.
