BRIDGE RESTAURANT & BAR
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
For the Truffle Honey French Toast
Eggy, buttery, toast to a crisp on the outside but mighty moist on the inside, Bridge's French toast alone is a force to be reckoned with. What most would fall head over heels in love with however, is the decadent truffle honey generously drizzled over. Subtle, yet unmistakably fragrant, it's a straight kick into truffle heaven.

For their famous French Toast
Miam Miam's French toast is pillowy, super eggy and soft, much like the ones our parents love to make at home. It's perfect for soaking up all that sweet maple syrup. Just don't make the same mistake we did to think that the deceiving neat scoop atop the pile of cubed bread is ice cream - it isn't. Request to have the cream removed if you'd like.

PADDY HILLS

For the Berry Ricotta Hotcake
It may have been modeled after Top Paddock's popular hotcakes, but this is an entirely different ball game. It's very similar to a pound cake with a crisp exterior - or more accurately a buttery muffin top. Yes it's unconventional and yes we wouldn't even call it a pancake/hotcake, but it's absolutely delicious anyway.
